Appointments to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or one of the practice nurses can be made in person, by telephone on 01205 480237 when the surgery is open or by using our on-line booking system available at any time through our web site.
Urgent cases will be seen the same day and in normal circumstances you will be able to see the doctor of your choice within 2 working days.
Separate arrangements can be made to see children with temperatures or rashes, or those patients not well enough to wait in the waiting room, outside of normal surgery time if necessary.
We offer appointments at the surgery between the hours of 8.00am to 6.30pm which may go some way to help you to attend an appointment.
Also routine seven day access appointments are now available every evening and weekend, and these can be booked by ringing the surgery.
Telephone access
The doctors and nurses are happy to speak to you on the telephone. The best time to phone is between 10:45 – 11:30 or between 15:30 – 16:00.
If it is not convenient for the doctor to speak to you, the receptionist will take your number and ask the doctor or nurse to call you back.
Specialist and hospital care
If a GP or another member of our health care team believes you need hospital treatment or specialist care elsewhere, they will ask you where and when you would like to go.
