Disabled access

Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair.   We have a parking space reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

We have a wheelchair and walking aid that can be borrowed to help with getting from a car into the building.

We wish to make Stickney Surgery as accessible as possible. If you have hearing, visual or physical difficulties please let the receptionist know so that we can enable you to fully use our services. The receptionists will be pleased to help you.

For patients with hearing problems, a portable induction loop is available.

One of our doctors speaks fluent German and a telephone translation service is available for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
